Measuring instruments are the 'heartbeat' of your company as they check and measure your production processes. They control the quality of your products and in the end are responsible for the success and the profitability of your business.
A regular check of your 'heartbeat' with traceable calibration equipment ensures your quality always matches the customer's expectations, which is vital where ISO 9000 certification is involved. Regular calibration lets you:
'Calibration' means that the test results from a measuring device (or source) of unknown accuracy, are compared with a device whose accuracy is known. This device is universally accepted as a 'reference'. Calibrations are traceable to the International System of Units (SI) through National Metrological Institutes, ratiometric techniques and natural physical constants.
Calibration records any deviation from this standard and corrects it when necessary. Each instrument has a specific calibration procedure which indicates exactly how and what must be checked. Regular and traceable calibration combines the forces of accuracy and certainty and provides you with the key aspect of ISO 9000 registration.

Calibration price is at a Flat Rate cost and covers all labor and equipment to perform one calibration required to meet the published factory specifications. The calibration is provided by Fluke, an ISO-9001 registered company. Calibrations are traceable to the International System of Units (SI) through National Metrological Institutes, ratiometric techniques or natural physical constants. This includes at a minimum, a Certificate of Calibration, a calibration label with the date of calibration and next calibration date. A tamper-proof calibration seal is also affixed to the instrument.
After a repair a performance test is carried out to validate that the instrument is fully functional. No cal certificate or associated material is provided.
Your instrument is calibrated to manufacturer's specifications using test equipment traceable to the International System of Units (SI) through National Metrological Institutes, ratiometric techniques or natural physical constants. It is returned with a Certificate of Calibration, calibration sticker, and seals. This calibration meets the requirements of ISO9000.
Your instrument is calibrated to manufacturer's specifications using test equipment traceable to the International System of Units (SI) through National Metrological Institutes, ratiometric techniques or natural physical constants. It is processed in accordance with ANSI/NCSL Z540-1 1994*, and returned with a "Report of Calibration" with "as found" and "as left" readings including test uncertainties. Cal stickers and seals are included.
This calibration is done under the guidelines of a national accrediting organization to the ANSI/ISO 17025 – 2005 standard and will be delivered with documentation according to the accrediting body.
To ensure that you realize maximum productivity from your equipment and assist you in building the base for your own ISO quality management program, Fluke is committed to helping you achieve the highest possible quality standards. We can help you keep your test, measurement, and calibration equipment at consistently high levels of operation and accuracy. Fluke is dedicated to ISO standards in controlling our own processes and quality of support.

When you receive an ISO/IEC 17025 accredited calibration from any Fluke facility around the world, you can be assured that the calibration results are accepted in every country. The organizations that accredit Fluke facilities such as UKAS, NVLAP, A2LA, SCC (CLAS), DAkkS and RvA are all recognized by the International Laboratory Accreditation Cooperation (ILAC) and are members of the ILAC Mutual Recognition Arrangement (MRA). This means that calibration certificates bearing the logo from these organizations are recognized by other signatories to the ILAC MRA, which includes most of the world. More information about the ILAC MRA can be found at the ILAC website.
Some Fluke facilities are registered to ISO 9001 and share a globalized Quality Management System ensuring the same level of process controls and quality across facilities. Fluke has an ongoing commitment to quality through the continuous improvement process required by the internationally recognized ISO 9001 Quality System registration.
