Fluke Student and Apprentice Discount Program

Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: May 27, 2026

These Terms and Conditions govern participation in the Fluke Student and Apprentice Discount Program (the “Program”). By applying for or using a discount code issued under the Program, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. Program Description

The Fluke Student and Apprentice Discount Program is an ongoing program designed to help eligible students, apprentices, recent graduates, and emerging professionals in the United States access select Fluke tools.

Eligible participants who complete the verification process and meet all Program requirements may receive a personal, one-time, single-use discount code for 25% off manufacturer’s suggested retail price (MSRP) on select eligible products purchased through Fluke.com in one (1) single order.

Discount codes are issued following approval and delivered by email. Each discount code is personal, non-transferable, single-use, and valid for 30 days from the date of issue, unless otherwise stated in the approval email.

For purposes of this Program, “Eligible Products” means select Fluke-branded products designated by Fluke as eligible for the Program and identified on Fluke.com. Fluke.com is the controlling source of truth for Eligible Products. In the event of any inconsistency between Fluke.com and any other communication or material, Fluke.com controls.

Fluke reserves the right to update, modify, include, or exclude products from eligibility at any time. Products not identified as eligible on Fluke.com at the time of purchase do not qualify for the Program discount.

2. Eligibility

To participate in the Program, you must:

• Be currently enrolled in, or have graduated within the past twelve (12) months from, a qualifying U.S.-based educational or training institution;
• Be a resident of the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, Washington D.C., and U.S. territories and possessions; and
• Be purchasing Eligible Products for your own educational, training, career development, or professional preparation purposes.

Qualifying institutions include:

• Non-profit high schools
• Technical schools
• Vocational schools
• Colleges
• Universities
• Apprenticeship training centers or apprenticeship training organizations

The Program is intended for end users only. Distributors, resellers, service providers, contractors purchasing for resale, and similar parties are not eligible.

Employees, officers, and directors of Fluke, its parent companies, affiliated companies, subsidiaries, distributors, representatives, and their immediate family members or household members are not eligible. Employees, officers, directors, representatives, or agents of government entities, distributors, or competing tool manufacturers are also not eligible.

3. How to Apply

To request a discount code:

1. Log in to or create a Fluke account on Fluke.com.
2. Complete the official student discount request form.
3. Upload proof of current enrollment, apprenticeship participation, recent graduation, or program completion.
4. Submit documentation that includes applicable date information.

Acceptable documentation may include:

• Current student ID
• Apprenticeship card
• Official transcript
• Degree
• Completion certificate
• Other documentation accepted by Fluke in its sole discretion

Use of a .edu email address may support faster verification, but approval remains subject to Fluke review.

Fluke will review submitted materials and may approve, deny, or request additional documentation at its sole discretion.

If approved, you will receive your discount code by email.

4. Program Timing and Code Validity

The Program is ongoing and does not have a fixed start or end date.

Each approved request results in issuance of one (1) single-use discount code valid for 30 days from the date of issue, unless otherwise stated in the approval email.

Pacific Time governs all timing related to code issuance and expiration.

Fluke reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time.

5. Restrictions and Limitations

• The Program is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.
• The discount applies only to Eligible Products as determined by Fluke and identified on Fluke.com.
• The discount may not be combined with any other discounts, coupons, credits, rebates, promotional offers, special pricing, or other offers unless expressly authorized by Fluke in writing.
• The discount may not be redeemed for alternate products, services, cash, credits, or gift cards.
• Each approved participant may receive and use one (1) personal discount code per approved request.
• Each discount code is valid for one order, which may include multiple eligible products.
• Only one (1) tool of the same model may be purchased in an order using the discount code, unless otherwise expressly authorized by Fluke.
• Orders using the discount code must be placed through Fluke.com and shipped to an address within the United States.
• A valid email address must be provided to receive the discount code and Program-related communications.
• Participants are responsible for complying with any applicable school, employer, apprenticeship program, or organizational policies regarding acceptance of discounts or participation in similar programs.

Participants may submit a future request for another discount code, but any additional request is subject to re-verification and approval at Fluke’s sole discretion.

6. Disclaimer

Fluke and its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, representatives, employees, and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) are not responsible for:

• Late, lost, misrouted, garbled, incomplete, corrupted, or damaged communications, submissions, or uploaded materials;
• Telephone, electronic, hardware, software, network, internet, website, form submission, upload, email, or other system malfunctions, interruptions, delays, or failures;
• Program disruptions, injuries, losses, or damages caused by events beyond Fluke’s control or by unauthorized human or other intervention;
• Printing, typographical, technical, administrative, or other errors in Program materials;
• Unavailable, delayed, or discontinued products;
• Errors in eligibility submissions or supporting documentation; or
• Failure of any email, code, approval communication, or Program message to be received.

Fluke and the Released Parties are not responsible for third-party mishandling of transactions, communications, or shipments.

7. Limitation of Liability

Except where otherwise prohibited by law, by participating in the Program, you release and agree to indemnify and hold harmless each Released Party from any liability, obligation, injury, claim, suit, action, cost, expense, loss, or damage of any kind, including any tax liability or loss of opportunity, whether direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential, arising out of or relating in any way to the Program, the discount code, or products purchased under the Program.

This includes, without limitation, claims, losses, or damages arising out of or relating to:

• Technical difficulties or equipment malfunction;
• Theft, unauthorized access, fraud, misuse, or third-party interference;
• Late, lost, incomplete, altered, damaged, misdirected, or unreceived submissions or communications;
• Shipping, delivery, carrier, or fulfillment issues;
• Any variation between the stated or expected value of the Program benefit and the actual value received;
• Any tax liability incurred by the participant;
• Use or misuse of products purchased under the Program;
• Denial, delay, expiration, suspension, or revocation of a discount code; or
• Failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

8. Miscellaneous

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA, without applying conflict of law rules.

Any action relating to the Program or these Terms and Conditions may only be brought in the state or federal courts located in the State of Washington, and each party consents to the jurisdiction of those courts.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be illegal or unenforceable, that provision will be severed and the remainder will remain in full force and effect.

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement governing the Program. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any other documents, web pages, FAQs, emails, forms, communications, or Program materials, these Terms and Conditions control.

Fluke reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time, in its sole discretion, and to suspend, modify, or cancel the Program or any participant’s participation in the Program if technical failures, fraud, misuse, ineligible participation, unauthorized intervention, or other causes affect the administration, security, integrity, or proper functioning of the Program, or for any other reason determined by Fluke to be appropriate.

Eligibility to participate in the Program is non-transferable and non-assignable.

Any participant who violates these Terms and Conditions, violates any applicable law, provides false, incomplete, misleading, or fraudulent documentation, misuses a discount code, transfers or attempts to transfer a discount code, or engages in conduct that is disruptive, detrimental, unfair, or inconsistent with the purpose of the Program may be disqualified from participation and subject to all other rights and remedies available under law.
