Fluke 173x v2.4.1 Firmware File (.bin)
To update instruments running firmware revision 2.0 or newer, create a directory called “Fluke173x” on a USB stick and save the firmware binary file to that directory location. For units running firmware prior to 2.0 the directory will be the model of the instrument being updated for example Fluke1732, Fluke1734, Fluke1736 or Fluke1738.

The USB stick must be FAT32 formatted, and the above-mentioned directory must be located at root level. Refer to the firmware release notes for more detail. Note: Only reformat new USB drives. Formatting the USB stick will erase all existing data on the USB stick.

Plug the USB stick into the instrument, if the firmware is a later version than the one on the instrument the automatic update process will proceed. Last updated 11/2020
