The Fluke calibration process
What to expect.

Request
Create a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) through the Fluke service portal. You'll receive instructions on how to send us your equipment.

Ship
Securely pack your instrument(s) in the original packaging then mail with tracking to the designated Fluke service center.

Evaluate
Once your equipment arrives, we'll log and inspect it. You'll be contacted if any issues

Service
Your instrument is calibrated according to the service level requested in your RMA (e.g., ISO/IEC 17025 accredited, traceable, Z540). Adjustments or repairs are performed as needed and are approved by you to ensure the instrument meets the required specifications without a surprise bill.

Certify
Your equipment is quality-checked, packaged with your calibration certificate and service summary, and shipped back to you with tracking.
