Important: Please read these Official Rules carefully before entering this Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”). By participating, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and represent that you meet all of the eligibility requirements below.

Submit the entry form during the Sweepstakes Period for a chance to win a Fluke 87V Max digital multimeter. Approximate retail value (ARV): US$ 654.99. Odds: depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Submission does not guarantee a prize. Eligibility and other restrictions below apply.
Please read these Official Rules before entering. By submitting an entry, you agree to these Official Rules and represent that you meet the eligibility requirements. Void outside the eligible territory and where prohibited by law. Subject to applicable federal, state and local laws.
1 Eligibility
The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years old and have reached the age of majority in their state of residence at the time of entry. Residents of Puerto Rico, other U.S. territories and possessions, and all other countries are ineligible.
Employees, officers and directors of Fluke Electronics Corporation (the “Sponsor”), its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers and distributors, and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling or grandparent, including step-relations) and members of their households are ineligible. Employees, officers, directors, representatives and agents of government entities, including government-owned or government-controlled companies, are also ineligible.Entries must satisfy these Official Rules to qualify.
2 Sweepstakes Period
The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 a.m. Pacific Time (PT) on 27 October 2026 and ends at 12:00 a.m. PT on 13 November 2026 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). Entries must be received within this period. Sponsor’s or its designee’s computer is the official timekeeping device.
3 How to Enter
During the Sweepstakes Period, visit https://forms.fluke.com/IG-GL-MULTI-2026-THE-ULTIMATE-TEST-LANDING-PAGE, complete the entry form with your full name, valid email address and country of residence, confirm that you meet the eligibility requirements and agree to these Official Rules, and submit the form. Each eligible, successfully submitted form counts as one (1) entry. Select United States only if that is your country of legal residence. Sponsor may verify age and state of residence before awarding the prize.
Limit one (1) entry per person during the Sweepstakes Period. Additional entries will not increase the chances of winning. Attempts to circumvent this limit through multiple email addresses, identities or other means are prohibited and will result in disqualification. No purchase, social media follow, like, share, comment, video viewing or marketing subscription is required.
Any consent to receive marketing communications must be requested separately and is optional. Giving, withholding or withdrawing marketing consent does not affect eligibility or the chances of winning. Sweepstakes administration emails are separate from marketing communications.
4 Identity of Entrant
Bulk, automated and third-party entries, including entries made through scripts, macros, bots or entry services, are prohibited. Entrants must provide accurate information and an email address they are authorized to use. In an identity dispute, Sponsor may require proof that the entrant is the authorized account holder of the email address used to enter and otherwise satisfies these Official Rules.If identity or eligibility cannot be verified, the entry may be disqualified. An “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned the email address by the applicable Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address.
5 Selection and Notification of Winner
One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about [13 November], after the Sweepstakes Period ends, from all eligible entries received. Sponsor or its designee will conduct the drawing. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Sponsor will notify the potential winner at the email address supplied on the entry form within approximately seven (7) days after the drawing. The potential winner must respond within five (5) calendar days after notification is sent. Sponsor may require an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release and, where lawful, a publicity release, together with a U.S. delivery address and any legally required tax documentation. Requested documents must be returned within five (5) calendar days after the request is sent.
If notification is undeliverable, the potential winner does not respond or return required documentation on time, is ineligible, or declines the prize, Sponsor may disqualify that person and randomly select an alternate from the remaining eligible entries. This process will continue until the prize is awarded or no eligible entries remain. A potential winner is not a confirmed winner until Sponsor completes verification. Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding, subject to applicable law.
6 Prize
One (1) winner will receive one (1) new Fluke 87V MAX digital multimeter in its standard retail package. ARV and total prize value: US$ 654.99. The prize is not the device used in any campaign demonstration. Sponsor will arrange and pay for standard delivery to the verified winner’s address within the eligible territory, ordinarily within [FULFILLMENT PERIOD] after verification.
The winner is solely responsible for applicable federal, state and local taxes. Sponsor may require tax documentation and will issue tax reporting documents if required by law. No payment to Sponsor is required to claim or receive the prize. The prize is nontransferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. No substitutions or exchanges of prize will be permitted, except that Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. No difference between the stated ARV and actual value will be paid. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen prizes or prize components.
Except for applicable manufacturer’s standard warranties, the prizes are awarded “AS IS” and WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, express or implied (including, without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose).
7 Publicity
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes the winner’s permission for Sponsor to use the winner’s name, city and state of residence, and prize information to announce the result and promote this Sweepstakes without further compensation. Any use of the winner’s photograph, likeness or testimonial will be subject to a separate permission or release, where required by law.
8 Privacy and Communications
Sponsor will process entry information to administer the Sweepstakes, verify eligibility, contact the potential winner, deliver the prize and meet legal obligations, in accordance with the Fluke Privacy Policy at https://www.fluke.com/en-us/fluke/privacy-policy. Information may be shared with service providers assisting with those purposes as described in that policy.
Submitting the form does not by itself authorize unrelated marketing communications. Any separate marketing preference may be changed using the unsubscribe instructions in marketing emails. No creative content is required for entry, and these Official Rules do not grant Sponsor an unrestricted license to publish entrants’ personal information.
Entry materials and Forms will not be returned to entrants. By entering the Sweepstakes, you hereby assign all right, title, and interest in your Form answers to Sponsor, including without limitation all associated copyright, trademark, patent, and other proprietary rights therein. Without limiting the foregoing, you acknowledge that Sponsor will own all rights to use, adapt, edit, modify, translate, reproduce, publish, perform, display, distribute, make derivative works of and otherwise commercially and non-commercially exploit concepts, ideas, and improvements in your Form answers in perpetuity and throughout the world, in any manner or medium now existing or later developed, without separate compensation to you or any other person or entity. You agree to take, at Sponsor's expense, any further action (including executing documents) requested by Sponsor to effect, perfect or confirm the Sponsor rights set forth in this paragraph.
By entering this Sweepstakes, you realize that Sponsor may have access to, or may independently create content, product improvements, and material similar or identical to, the information provided in your Form answers, and you agree that you will not be entitled to any compensation by reason of the use by Sponsor of such similar or identical material. You understand and agree that all Form answers submitted to Sponsor will not be treated as confidential, and you agree not to include or disclose any trade secrets or other confidential or proprietary information in any Form answers.
9 Winner List and Rules Requests
For the winner’s name and state of residence, email reply@fluke.com with the subject “Fluke 87V MAX Sweepstakes Winner List Request” between [20 November 2026] and [30 November 2026]. A copy of these Official Rules is available at [T&C URL].
10 Disclaimer
Sponsor and each of its parent companies, subsidiaries, and affiliates, and each of their respective directors, officers, equity owners, professional advisors, distributors, representatives, employees and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) will not be responsible or have any liability for: (a) any late, lost, misrouted, garbled or distorted or damaged communications, transmissions or requests; (b) telephone, electronic, hardware, software, network, Internet, or other computer- or communications-related malfunctions or failures; (c) any Sweepstakes disruptions, injuries, losses or damages caused by events beyond the control of Sponsor or by non-authorized human or other intervention; or (d) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Sweepstakes. Except where otherwise prohibited by law, by participating in the Sweepstakes, you release and agree to indemnify and hold harmless each Released Party from any liability, obligation, injury, claim, suit, action, cost, expense, loss or damage of any kind, including any tax liability or loss of opportunity, whether direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential, that may be imposed on, asserted against or incurred by such Released Party that arise out of or relate in any way to this Sweepstakes and the gifts offered hereunder, including, but not limited to, where arising out of or relating to the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under Sponsor’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorized access or third party interference; (c) any redemption request that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by Sponsor, and whether or not in Sponsor’s control); (d) any damages due to the operation of the postal service; (e) any variation in Sweepstakes value to that stated in these terms and conditions; (f) any tax liability incurred by participant; or (g) use or misuse of the products offered under the Sweepstakes.
12 Miscellaneous
The Sweepstakes and these terms and conditions will be governed, construed and interpreted under the laws of the State of Washington, USA without applying any conflicts or choice of law provisions under such law that might refer the construction or interpretation of any term hereof to the laws of any other jurisdiction. Any action brought regarding the Sweepstakes and these terms and conditions may only be brought in the state or federal courts located in the State of Washington, and each party to such action expressly consents to jurisdiction of those courts. If any provision of these terms and conditions is held illegal or unenforceable in a judicial proceeding, such provision shall be severed and shall be inoperative, and, provided that the fundamental terms and conditions of these terms and conditions remain legal and enforceable, the remainder of these terms and conditions shall remain operative and binding.
The customer is bound by these terms and conditions and by the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects. To the extent permitted by law, Sponsor reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time, in its sole and absolute discretion, and to suspend or cancel the Sweepstakes or any customer’s participation in the Sweepstakes should technical failures, computer viruses, fraud, human error, unauthorized human intervention or other causes beyond Sponsor’s control affect the administration, security, proper functioning, integrity or conduct of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor otherwise becomes (as determined in its sole and absolute discretion) incapable of conducting the Sweepstakes as planned, or for any other reason determined by Sponsor to be appropriate in its sole and absolute discretion.
These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement governing the Sweepstakes and binding the customer, and no other agreement, verbal or otherwise, shall be binding regarding the Sweepstakes unless it is in writing and signed by Sponsor. In case of any conflict or inconsistency between any other documents relating to the Sweepstakes and these terms and conditions, these terms and conditions shall control. To the maximum extent provided by law, no waiver of any provision of these terms and conditions will be implied from any course of dealings between the customer and Sponsor or from any failure by the customer or Sponsor to assert its rights hereunder on any occasion or a series of occasions. Eligibility to participate in the Sweepstakes is non-transferable and non-assignable.
Any customer who violates these terms and conditions, violates any law, rule or regulation in connection with participation in the Sweepstakes, tampers with the operation of the Sweepstakes, or engages in any conduct that is unsportsmanlike, disruptive, or detrimental or unfair to Sponsor, the Sweepstakes or any other participant (in each case as determined in Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion) are subject to disqualification from participation in the Sweepstakes and all other rights and remedies available under the law. Any social media platform used to advertise the Sweepstakes is not its sponsor or administrator. Entries are submitted to Sponsor through the designated form, not through a social media platform.
