Within 1 to 2 business days look for an email from UPS with the subject “UPS Label Delivery” containing a prepaid shipping label and instructions for the return of your ‘Affected Product.’ If you cannot find the UPS email in your regular email inbox, please check your spam folders. Please provide your own shipping container (packages that have hazardous material or dangerous goods warnings should not be used). Your repaired product will be returned to your shipping address.
