Within 1 to 2 business days look for an email from UPS with the subject “UPS Label Delivery” containing a prepaid shipping label and instructions for the return of your ‘Affected Product.’ If you cannot find the UPS email in your regular email inbox, please check your spam folders. Your repaired product will be returned to your shipping address.
