De automatische drukkalibrator Fluke 729Pro is speciaal ontworpen met procestechnici in gedachten. Deze drukkalibrator vereenvoudigt het drukkalibratieproces en zorgt voor snellere, nauwkeurigere testresultaten. Technici weten dat het kalibreren van druk een tijdrovende taak kan zijn, maar de 729 Pro maakt het gemakkelijker dan ooit met een elektrische pomp voor automatische drukopbouw en drukregeling in één gebruiksvriendelijk, robuust, draagbaar pakket.
Automatische drukopbouwen -regeling
Met de 729 Pro kunt u eenvoudig een gewenste drukwaarde intypen waarna de kalibrator automatisch pompt tot het instelpunt is bereikt. Met insteekbare, vervangbare drukregelmodules en drukopbouw en -regeling tot 1000 psi (70 bar, 7000 kPa). Vervolgens stabiliseert de interne fijnafstelling automatisch de druk op de gevraagde waarde. U kunt ook een testsjabloon invullen. De 729 Pro pompt daarna automatisch met één druk op een knop naar meerdere punten en documenteert hierbij de drukkalibratietest.
Eenvoudige documentatie van de kalibratie
De Fluke 729 Pro kan automatisch meerdere druktestpunten testen en automatisch de resultaten documenteren. De 729 Pro doet het werk voor u door testresultaten die buiten de tolerantie vallen, rood te markeren op het grafisch display voor:
- Toegepaste druk
- Gemeten mA, mV of digitale PV
- Afwijkings-% voor elk testpunt

HART-communicatie
Dankzij ingebouwde HART-communicatiemogelijkheden kunnen de mA-instellingen van HART-transmitters worden aangepast, zijn HART-configuraties mogelijk en kan er worden afgestemd op toegepaste 0%- en 100%-waarden. U kunt configuratietaken uitvoeren, zoals het veranderen van een transmitter-tag, meeteenheden en de bereikinstelling. Andere ondersteunde HART-opdrachten omvatten het instellen van vaste mA-uitgangssignalen voor storingzoeken, het uitlezen van de configuratie en variabelen van apparatuur en het uitlezen van diagnosegegevens van apparatuur.
Robuust, draagbaar ontwerp
De 729 Pro is grondig getest en gegarandeerd bestand tegen een val van 1 meter, zodat het instrument geschikt is om op locatie instrumentatie te kalibreren. De Fluke 729 Pro automatische drukkalibrators zijn verkrijgbaar in twee modellen: de 4M voor drukwaarden tot 600 psi (40 bar, 4000 kPa) en de 7M viir drukwaarden tot 1000 psi (70 bar, 7000 kPa), die beide zijn ontworpen om te presteren waar en wanneer u ze nodig hebt. Een standaard, halfharde draagtas speciaal ontworpen voor werk op locatie, voor het bewaren van testslangen, fittingen, meetsnoeren en kleine handgereedschappen, waardoor het gemakkelijk is om alles mee te nemen dat nodig is voor drukkalibraties op locatie.
