Repair Services Simplified:

Fluke's Customer Support Services are dedicated to providing excellent service for our products and customers. We offer repair services and replacement parts through our certified service centers worldwide.

Getting service:

To send your instrument to Fluke for service, you need a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. You can obtain an RMA number in two ways:

Information needed for your RMA:

When requesting your RMA, please have the following information ready:

  • Method of payment (American Express, MasterCard, Visa, or purchase order number)
  • Shipping address
  • Billing address
  • Tax status (taxable or tax exempt)
  • Model and serial number of the instrument
  • Type of service requested

International customers can email an RMA request to service.international@fluke.com.

Shipping equipment to Fluke:

Ensure your equipment is securely packed in the shipping container. Mark the container with the RMA number and place all original paperwork inside. You'll receive shipping address instructions with the RMA. Shipping is typically done through UPS ground unless otherwise requested.

Standard price services:

We offer one-time repair or calibration at a fixed price, providing support for your maintenance program. These services are cost-effective and help you plan service costs in advance. The fixed charge includes labor and most materials required. However, some units may require additional charges for labor and parts based on their condition. Evaluation fees may apply.

Product Repair Options:

  1. Flat rate repair: A flat rate covers parts, labor, calibration, and modifications needed to bring the instrument to specifications. Some parts may not be included and will be billed separately.
  2. Priority service: Next on bench service is available for an additional fee. Contact us for pricing and availability.
  3. Repair by replacement (RBR): Some products qualify for replacement at a reduced price. Calibration costs may be additional if the unit is replaced instead of repaired.

Replacement Parts:

We offer components meeting Fluke original equipment standards with a 90-day warranty. Quick turnaround and product support are ensured through our quality replacement parts. You can place orders in the US online or by calling 1-800-526-4731. Outside the US, contact your local service center.

Please identify parts by the Fluke part number from the instrument manual when ordering. Parts not listed in manuals are not user-replaceable. In some cases, matched sets of parts may be required to maintain instrument accuracy and performance after repair. Check the listings and diagrams for ordering instructions.
