Met/Support Preferred is Fluke Calibration’s software support membership designed to help you stay productive, reduce downtime, and get more value from your calibration software.

With Met/Support Preferred, you receive priority access to expert support, software updates, and essential tools that simplify day-to-day calibration work.

Priority software support

Get faster help when you need it.

Met/Support Preferred gives members priority access to Fluke Calibration software experts by phone or email, helping issues get addressed faster and with minimal disruption.

Support hours are Monday–Friday, 7:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. Pacific Time for customers in the Americas. Availability outside the Americas varies by region and local resources.

Your Met/Support Preferred membership number is required to access priority support and member benefits.

Software upgrades and updates

Stay current with the latest software releases.

Met/Support Preferred members can upgrade to new versions of MET/CAL released during their active membership, helping ensure compatibility, performance, and access to new features.

Members also receive timely notifications when updates are available, so they do not miss important releases. Convenient web-based downloads make installation and deployment faster.

Access to the procedure library

Work more efficiently with proven calibration procedures.

Met/Support Preferred includes unlimited access to the MET/CAL Warranted Procedure Library, written and tested by Fluke Calibration experts.

The library includes more than 18,000 procedures covering a wide range of instruments and applications. Procedures are continuously updated to reflect new instruments and evolving calibration best practices.

Procedures are accessed through Cubyt, which provides advanced search and filtering, one-click downloads, and an easy way to manage multiple procedures.

Training and services discounts

Reduce the cost of training and expanding your calibration capabilities.

Met/Support Preferred members receive a 20% discount on Fluke-hosted calibration software training courses to help teams build skills faster.

Members also receive a 10% discount on onsite training, bringing hands-on instruction directly to your facility.

When a standard procedure is not available, members may receive up to 20% off custom calibration procedure development.

Additional Met/Support Preferred advantages

Met/Support Preferred provides added value beyond standard software support, including:
