For Fluke 123B, 124B and 125B ScopeMeter Test Tools V1.14 software update had the following improvements:
- Fixed issue that caused unit to show spikes on waveform in fastest timebase modes
- Improved Bushealth function for ModBus signals
- Fixed bug that caused unit to reboot in Recorder mode when changing F2=View setting
- Fixed issue that caused unit to reboot in BusHealth mode for AS-I bus
- Fixed issue that some events are not shown when selecting Normal View mode
- Fixed issue for potential incorrect reading in BusHealth for pulsewidth and baudrate
For Fluke 124B and 125B ScopeMeter Test Tools V1.12 software update had the following improvements:
- Fixed issue with long recordings to Micro SD card
For Fluke 123B, 124B and 125B ScopeMeter Test Tools V1.11 software update had the following improvements:
- Fixed hangup situation when selecting Profibus DP, RS485 or Modbus in BusHealth mode
- Fixed issue with DC accuracy measurement when Noise filter was turned on
- Fixed issue when W, VA, var and PF were measured at the same time, no measurements were displayed
- Fixed issue of timestamps for minimum and maximum values in meter recording while recording
- Fixed issue that date format was reset to (factory) default when reset of instrument was done
- Added support for Save and Recall functionality to u-SD card

To update firmware:
- Download the firmware file
- Copy the firmware file to a Micro SD card
- Turn off the unit and remove all probes, test leads, and accessories before opening the battery door
- Open the battery door compartment using screwdriver
- Insert Micro SD card into the slot
- Power on the unit and press the MENU key
- Select USER OPTIONS
- Select Firmware Upgrade
- Follow the instructions on the screen
