Rated 1 out of 5 by from Incomplete information in user manual. Manufacturer has NOT mentioned ANYWHERE how to pair the device with bluetooth/Fluke connect on a smartphone. And the default password for Fluke WiFi has also NOT been mentioned ANYWHERE.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Still studying its functions. Hi, what is the optimum distance from the target when using indoor for electrical busbars and breakers? I tried 30cm., 40cm., and 50cm. and it gives different temperature readings for each mentioned distance.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Fluke user The compact size makes it easy to carry in a tool bag. I’ve used several Fluke cameras so the navigation was simple. The only immediate downside was the camera resolution . I prefer a crisper image than the one I get with this model. That said I think it will serve the purpose of back-up camera as needed.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Good hardware, bad software Fluke was always No 1 for me, so without big hesitation I took PTi120. To be fair it was a disappointment. I will explain. Device itself feels really nice in a hand, as expected from Fluke. Yet, when it comes to software, there is no other word, but just garbage. First, I went to register my product. Online form was crashing all the time. I downloaded Fluke Connect. Works slow, clumsy and crashes all the time when I close it. After 3 or 4 updates came out - still crashing. Overall it feel like it was written by some first grade university students in one week. Next, lets talk about device firmware. Version 1.2.9. Again, little bit clumsy android based firmware, but the biggest issues are these: 1. Almost non-stop "self calibration", which makes camera hardly usable. 2. Visual and IR image aligment does not change at all if distance is changed in the menu. 3. Visual and IR camera does not have shutter sync, so it causes extreme parallax and "picture shaking", when camera is in motion. As I'm a programmer and electronics engineer myself, I know, that such issues can be solved by qualified team in a day or two, yet, there is nothing going on for months. For example, why not extrapolate sensor warm up curve and do less calibration? Because camera becomes unusable when it calibrates itself every 3-5 seconds. And sync shutters. I wrote an email to support long ago, asking information about these clear issues and got no response at all. Really, Fluke?
