Rated 1 out of 5 by from Horrible design I got this bag thinking it would be the best tool back pack out there. Well I was wrong. As soon as I started to switch my tools to this back pack I noticed a massive flaw. It doesn't stand up! It falls over and I only put two pair of channel locks and two screw drivers in the back part. The only way it will stay up is if you don't use the pockets and just throw your tools in the bottom. I also noticed for $150 tool bag, the pocket designs and material are that of a $25 husky bag from home depot. It would be an amazing bag if it stood up on its own and the pockets weren't so thin and poor quality. The only good quality parts of this bag are the front two hard shell pouches and the top handle. I know Fluke's main concern isn't the tool bag industry, but they had something here. Very poorly executed. The bag needs a stiffener on the sides and the pockets moved down lower. I tried to upload photos but it just said error loading

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Great exterior pockets; interior pockets fail fast I bought this bag approximately 3 months ago, attracted by the two hard shell exterior pockets. They're great! Unfortunately, the interior tool pocket construction is a hot mess. Whomever designed / approved the materials used seems to have forgotten that screw drivers in particular, and hand tools in general, are made of pointy metal. Holes have been poked, stitching has come out, causing tools to disappear into a deep void of now-unorganized chaos. Skip this one.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Extremely nice backpack As a professional electrician i have specialized in fixing and servicing professional kitchen equipment and i have had this backpack in use for a year now. Three previous backpacks i had got destroyed fast but this backpack has surprised me with it's durability. I think i haven't had even one string broken yet from the stitching which is in it self amazing. Every tool has found it's place, there are plenty of slots for screwdrivers, pliers and the main compartment has space in the bottom to house ratchet and socket kit etc. If you need a larger driver it fits in the main compartment, if you use smaller driver it can fit in the front compartment. Top compartment is handy to house either smaller multimeter or dielectric grease and things like that. I store there my leads, probes and thermocouple etc. in there. They are protected from damage to the insulation from contact with other tools. I've beaten the backpack in all conditions of a professional kitchen, also in construction sites when we build kitchens. Also the backpack has been through the harsh winter of the north (-25c in the van.) One improvement that would make the backpack even more great would be using MOLLE system stitched to the side pockets. Also the side pockets are tall enough but they are too slim and could be made better to enlarge them in the version 2.0. Summa summarum I would happily recommend this product to any Electrician or hvac technician working in the field.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Pretty nice bag! I bought this bag a couple of weeks ago from my local electrical supply house. First thing, this bag is awesome. It's a little bigger than what I need, but I'll manage. The material of the bag should hold up for a while, however, the handle at the top of the bag is cheap. Sure, it has a steel cable through it,but it's just a cheep neoprene sleeve with single stitching, I expect that to fail within a year or so. I did notice that if you unzip the bag all the way, it will tip over if you do not have weights sitting in the bottom, also, for the money,I would expect the back to stand up better when it's unzipped, if you have heavy hand tools, it would definitely cave. The zippers seem like they are a good quality. If the materials fail, I would be curious to know what flukes warranty service is like. All in all, it's a decent bag, definitely seems geared more for just meters and a laptop, not so much for electricians with real tools. Just a personal feeling, but I don't like that the bag has yellow on the inside, as I feel it will very quickly start to show dirt, should have just left it black. FLUKE, if you decide to fix these issues, I would definitely be in line for another bag.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fluke Pack 30 I ordered a fluke pack 30 as soon as I saw they were comming out. All I needed to know is Fluke had designed it. My first Fluke tool was a Fluke 73 meter (1980's) since then I've gotton 30 more Fluke products and ALL of them have worked as well as advertised. Since I recieved the Pack 30 I keep moving tools around and I will continue to do so until I have the most used ones easy to get. It is made to last years and I plan to give this to my grand son when I retire. As always Fluke keeps comming up with new very useful products.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Working away from the shop is now easier We service heavy equipment, mostly in the field and away from the shop. After climbing to the cab or engine compartment, the last thing you want to do is go back down to get a tool, meter, gauge, etc. With this most of my key tools are at the ready.
