To send your instrument to Fluke for service, you need a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. You can obtain an RMA number in two ways:

Ensure your equipment is securely packed in the shipping container. Mark the container with the RMA number and place all original paperwork inside. You'll receive shipping address instructions with the RMA. Shipping is typically done through UPS ground unless otherwise requested.
We offer one-time repair or calibration at a fixed price, providing support for your maintenance program. These services are cost-effective and help you plan service costs in advance. The fixed charge includes labor and most materials required. However, some units may require additional charges for labor and parts based on their condition. Evaluation fees may apply.
