Can I use this device with a Dwyer Flow Matrix / Velgrid? Is there any way to enter a k factor so that I can use the results in CFM or Velocity rather than differential pressure?

The Fluke 922 Airflow Meter/Micromanometer is not compatible with the Dwyer Flow Matrix. The Fluke 922 requires a K factor of 1.0 or higher, and the Dwyer unit has a 0.84 K factor. The Fluke 922 doesn't allow you to enter a K factor.

How does duct size have an effect on accuracy? the manual states: 0 to 99,999 cfm / 1 cfm / Accuracy is a function of velocity and duct size. how do I apply duct size to the accuracy?

You set the duct size in the menu of the Fluke 922 Airflow Meter/Micromanometer. If you do not setup the correct duct size your tool will give incorrect results. Fluke does not specify how much your accuracy will be off if you don't put in the correct information.
