The Fluke ii1050 Acoustic Imager gives maintenance and reliability teams a fast way to locate compressed air, gas and vacuum leaks, detect partial discharge, identify mechanical issues, and verify air tightness, all with one acoustic imaging platform.
SoundSight™ Acoustic Imaging Technology combines a 202-microphone array with a visible-light image to show where abnormal sounds are coming from, even in noisy industrial environments. With a 2 kHz to 100 kHz frequency range and detection capability up to 150 m (492 ft) depending on ambient conditions, the ii1050 helps technicians quickly scan equipment and investigate problems from a safe distance.
Purpose-built analysis modes help teams move from detection to action. LeakQ™ estimates leak rate and associated energy cost to help prioritize compressed air repairs. PDQ Mode™ identifies partial discharge sources, estimates discharge probability, and displays real-time PRPD patterns for evaluating electrical assets. MecQ™ helps identify mechanical issues such as bearing defects, friction, and turbulence before they become obvious through vibration, heat, or audible noise.
Choose the ii1050 configuration that fits your inspection needs. In addition to the standard ii1050 Acoustic Imager, available configurations add the Fluke TC03A iSee™ Thermal Camera Attachment for thermal, acoustic, and visible-light inspection in a single workflow. Other configurations add the SB140 SoundBeacon™, which works with Beacon Mode to quickly locate sealing defects during air-tightness inspections. Configurations with Fluke Premium Care are also available, with one- and three-year coverage options.
