Product overview: Fluke ii1030 Acoustic Imager
Find leaks faster. Quantify the impact. Prioritize repairs.
The Fluke ii1030 Acoustic Imager gives maintenance teams a faster way to find compressed air, gas and vacuum leaks and verify air tightness, without spending hours tracing lines or checking individual connections.
SoundSight™ Acoustic Imaging Technology uses an array of 202 digital MEMS microphones to detect ultrasonic sound and overlay its location onto a visible image. Technicians can scan large areas and quickly see where a leak is coming from, even in noisy industrial environments. With a detection range of more than 100 m depending on ambient conditions, the ii1030 also helps locate difficult-to-access leaks from a safer distance.
Finding the leak is only part of the job. LeakQ™ Mode estimates leak rate and associated energy cost, helping teams understand which leaks are costing the most and prioritize repairs accordingly. The Fluke Online LeakQ™ Reporting Tool can also estimate the CO₂ emissions associated with identified compressed air leaks.
For manufacturing and quality applications, the ii1030 also supports Beacon Mode when used with the optional Fluke SB140 SoundBeacon™. This provides a fast, non-contact way to identify sealing defects and verify air tightness in components, assemblies and equipment.
A 7-inch anti-glare touchscreen, 13 MP visible-light camera and SoundMap™ acoustic overlay make findings easy to see and document. Capture images and video, add asset information and notes, prioritize corrective actions, and generate reports directly on the instrument, helping turn inspection findings into repairs faster.
The result is a simpler workflow for finding leaks, reducing wasted energy and keeping compressed air and process systems operating efficiently.
