Use the Fluke VPS510-B (Blue) Compact Voltage Probe with the Fluke 190 Series III and Series II Portable Oscilloscopes or with the MDA-500 Series Motor Drive Analyzers. These double insulated compact probes offer a 10:1 voltage ratio, and 500 MHz bandwidth making them ideal for small electronics applications. For industrial applications consider Fluke VPS410-II-B Voltage Probes or VPS421 Series High Voltage Probes.
