Fluke 754 Process Calibrator Firmware Update
Follow the steps below to update your Fluke 754 Process Calibrator to the latest firmware.
Step 1: Download the Firmware
- Check the firmware version currently installed on your process calibrator.
- If your unit is running a version previous to 1.21 (version 1.06 - 1.18), download Firmware Version 1.21 (.exe).
- Save the file to your Windows PC.
Step 2: Prepare for the Update
- Connect your calibrator to a Windows PC using a USB cable (Provided with 754)
- Plug in the battery charger to ensure continuous power.
- Close other applications on your PC.
Note - We recommend disconnecting the PC from any network connection while performing the firmware update.
Step 3: Install the Firmware
- Run the downloaded firmware exe file (754_software_update_V1.21.unsigned.production).
- Follow the on-screen instructions.
- Do not disconnect the calibrator or turn off the PC during the update.
- When the update completes, power the calibrator off and back on.
- Confirm the new firmware version is displayed (Version: 1.21).
Note — Recalibration is NOT required after completing the firmware update.

Adds devices specific support for pressure zero trim and sensor trim for these newer Rosemount 3051 pressure transmitters.

This driver allows Windows software to communicate with the Fluke 754 Process Calibrators through the USB port.
Installation Instructions
- Download and run the self-extracting installer.
- Once installed, the calibrator will be assigned to a Windows COM port.
- If needed, open Windows Device Manager to view the assigned COM port.
Important Notes
- If you have already installed DPCTrack2, this driver is included and does not need to be installed again.
- For other software applications, this driver must be installed.
- Some software will automatically detect the COM port, while others may require manual configuration using the COM port shown in Windows Device Manager.
- Refer to your software documentation for specific configuration instructions.
