Rated 1 out of 5 by Drokc from Disappointed Bought this meter a few months ago, decided to go this route after having the same common problem with the UEI G2 phoenix of the screen glitching. The fluke 902 does not read DC millivolts which I find goes against it advertising as a HVAC meter. As well, it won’t read high resistance properly. I tried testing varistors with it and it will not register. Pull out the UEI and although the screen will periodically glitch, it properly reads resistance. I also don’t like that the beep on resistance is not able to be muted. Considering the cost of this meter, my expectations were much higher.

Rated 2 out of 5 by Tech0726 from Multiple issues with Amp Clamp I'm on my 2nd 902 now and this is the second one to have issues reading amperage. I have to open and close the clamp several time to get a reading which at that point I no longer trust what I'm seeing. Other than that it works fine but thats the main feature for these style of meters. Likely won't purchase another 902.

Rated 4 out of 5 by VaJim123 from Very close to being the perfect time meter For an HVAC tech this meter is the only one you need to take out of your truck 95% of the time. The only time it falls short is with the ohms measurement limited to 9999. Many hvac sensors are over that and the meter fools you showing an open circuit. So I keep my old 87 around for those measurements.
