1) No Purchase Necessary. There are two ways to enter the sweepstakes. (1) Visit www.fluke.com/freeharley between September 1, 2001 and March 31, 2002 and take the on-line product demonstration for any one of the following (6) Fluke products: 110 Series DMMs, 170 Series DMMs, 330 ClampMeters, ScopeMeter 190, 725 Process Calibrator, i410/i1010 Current Clamps. At the completion of your demonstration, complete the on-line entry form with your name, complete address, home phone number and (optional) email address. (2) You can also enter by completing an official entry brochure/form available at participating Fluke distributors. This demonstration entry brochure/form will describe the (6) Fluke products mentioned above and feature a question about each of the products. Answer all six of the questions, and complete the form with your name, complete address, home phone number and (optional) email address, and mail to "Take a test drive" Sweepstakes, PO Box 1185, Fenton, MO 63026. (Answers to the questions are found in the informational section of the brochure, and correct answers to the questions are a condition of valid entry.) Limit one entry per person per day. This promotion begins at 12:00 AM, September 1, 2001, Pacific Time and ends March 31, 2002, at 11:59 PM, Pacific Time. Mailed entries must be postmarked by April 1, 2002 and received by April 5, 2002.

(2) Grand Prize: (1) Harley-Davidson 2002 FXSTD Softail® Deuce™, Approximate Retail Value $20,000. The Harley-Davidson bike is equipped with standard features and is available only in black. The prize does not include sales tax, license fees, transportation charges, dealer preparation or registration fees, which are the sole responsibility of the winner. Possession of the bike must be taken by a licensed, insured driver 18 years of age or older, at the Harley-Davidson dealership specified by the Sponsor. The odds of winning depend upon total number of valid entries received. There is no cash substitution for the Grand Prize and prize cannot be redeemed for cash. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in the event of unavailability.

3) Eligibility: Sweepstakes open legal residents of the (50) United States, the District of Columbia and Canada, who are 18 years of age or older. Promotion is void in Quebec and where prohibited. As a condition of Canadian law, Canadian winners will be required to correctly answer a mathematical skills test question as a condition of receiving their prize. Employees, officers and representatives (and members of their immediate families and those living in the same household of each) of Fluke Corporation, its affiliated companies, distributors, advertising and promotion agencies, and any company involved in the design, execution or production of the promotion are not eligible.

4) General: Grand Prize Winner will be selected in a random drawing from all valid entries on or about April 12, 2002. Winner will be required to execute an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release (unless prohibited by law), which they will receive by mail. Failure to return the Affidavit within (10) days of the date of Sponsor's letter may result in forfeiture of prize, in which case an alternate winner will be selected.

Unless prohibited by law, winner's entry and acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for sponsor to use winner's name, photograph, likeness, statements, voice, biographical information and address (city & state only) in all media worldwide without further compensation. Any tax liability is the responsibility of the winner. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these rules and the decisions of Fluke Corporation as final in all matters relating to the sweepstakes. Entrants further agree to release Fluke Corporation and any participating companies to this promotion, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind caused by their participation or resulting from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize.

Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, stolen, incomplete, illegible, postage due or misdirected mail. Sponsor is not responsible for any electronic, hardware or software program, network, Internet or computer malfunctions, failures, or difficulties of any kind, including without limitation, server malfunction or by a human error which may occur in the process of recording automatic entries via the Fluke Corporation web page. All entries are the property of the Sponsor.
