Measures temperature and microamps

The Fluke 16 measures temperature quickly and accurately. Standard equipment includes an 80BK integrated DMM temperature probe. A microamp function is included for flame sensor measurements down to 0.1 microamps. Use the Fluke to test motor start and run capacitors up to 10,000 microfarads. Rely on the Fluke 16 to make your everyday measurements - up to 600 volts ac or dc, 40 megohms, diode test and exceptionally fast continuity.

Very good for daily use I am an consumer electronics repair engineer and use this meter for checking anything from smd transistors, high power circuits to checking battery voltages. It's excelent as you can leave it in diode test and go messure a supply rail and it will switch to dc/ac volts automaticaly. It will put some load on it as well that way witch is good for battery testing. Even drains capacitors safely that way. The only drawback for me is having no 10 amp range for current but then I very rarely use that. September 6, 2012
