not user friendly
A bit clumsy and bland. not very well explained or formatted. Usable though if not a bit long winded.

Powerful, yet Simple to use
Doing reports is easy with the Fluke software. My colleague bought another brand and the reports are big and cumbersome and you need some training to use it.
I can adjust to my needs and it comes out in a MSWord document so I can add whatever other details or drawings I want.
I have looked at others but this was a big reason I bought a fluke camera.

Best option of any infrared manufacturer
My company switched from FLIR to FLUKE in large part because of this software- it makes beautiful, user-friendly reports that are much shorter (with 9 images per page) than the 50-page monsters we were making before.
Highly recommended.

Not impressed
Had an early version of the product and found it "not user" friendly. Tried to customize it for our application / report and did not fair very well
