The Fluke 8508A is designed to serve as a versatile precision measurement tool for calibration laboratories that must meet increasingly stringent measurement uncertainty analysis requirements as well as the need for increased productivity. Extremely precise measurements are typically performed using the 8508A manual front panel controls. With the additional procedures, the 8508A combined with MET/CAL software allows the metrologist to now perform a multitude of fully automated measurements.
