The handheld oscilloscope is used in many field troubleshooting applications, from electrical and electro-mechanical to electronic and industrial control systems. Fluke ScopeMeter, a combination DMM and oscilloscope, is a rugged, reliable digital oscilloscope for field service professionals.
You can take the new Fluke 190 Series II ScopeMeter® test tools where you’ve never taken a digital oscilloscope before. These are the first handheld oscilloscopes with four independently isolated input channels, an IP-51 dust-proof and drip-proof rating, and CAT III 1000 V/ CAT IV 600 V safety rating.
Choose from 100 MHz or 200 MHz bandwidth models, with fast sampling rates up to 2.5 GS/s and 400 ps resolution to capture noise and other disturbances. Deep memory acquires 10,000 samples per channel so you can examine complex waveforms with the smallest of detail.

Oscilloscopes: The more you can see, the more you can fixAn oscilloscope draws a graph of an electrical signal providing a qualitative view of signal integrity. Speed of electronics continues to increase, creating new challenges to signal integrity in modern circuits and systems: high frequency noise and distortion, fast signal glitches and transients. Fast signals require a tool, like our ScopeMeters, that can reveal the details about a signal to troubleshoot, diagnose and solve your problems.
