New Firmware update for the Fluke 985 Airborne Particle Counter A new free firmware update (version V1.53); released in January 2013 for the Fluke 985 Airborne Particle Counter is now available. This firmware update contains minor bug fix on false over-concentration alarms and adding a new data export feature under Communications Option Screen which allows users to select data export to Tab Separated Variable (.tsv) format or Excel 97 (.xls) format. Data Export Option Description | .tsv | This format gives an Excel compatible tab separated variable (.tsv) file. The file is not locked for editing and is not CFR21 Part 11 secure.
