Workshop attendance must occur between March 1, 2012 and June 30, 2012. Purchase must be made after workshop attendance and before June 30, 2012. Only one rebate redemption per eligible customer. Proof of purchase from a Fluke authorized distributor is required (invoice). The $300 voucher is redeemable for a Fluke product purchased from the sponsoring distributor stated on the certificate of completion request form. If there is not a sponsoring distributor then the customer can designate a preferred distributor on their request for the certificate of completion. Failure to declare your preferred distributor may invalidate your rebate.
