IMPORTANT NOTE: Please read the following instructions prior to installation if you have a previous version of Viewer Software installed.

A. Upgrading to Viewer version 1.5 from Viewer version 1.0.8

Please first take a backup of your database and then uninstall your current Viewer Software version by following the steps below:

1. Open Viewer Software.
2. Click on the “Preferences” menu at the top.
3. Select “Take Backup” from the menu at the left.
4. Click the “Browse” button to select the location for the backup file and then click “Create Backup” button.
5. Once backup is created, uninstall the current version of the Viewer Software by clicking “Uninstall Viewer Software” from Start » Programs » Fluke.

Install version 1.5 by clicking on the .exe file, you previously downloaded from the link above.

Once the installation is complete, please restore your backup data by following the steps below:

1. Open Viewer Software.
2. Click on “Preferences” menu at the top.
3. Select “Restore Backup” from the menu at the left.
4. Click the "Browse" button to select the location of the backup file you created prior to installation and then click the "Restore Backup" button.

B. Upgrading to Viewer version 1.5 from Viewer versions prior to 1.0.8

Al actualizar a la versión v.1.5, se borrará del PC todo el historial de diagnóstico y la configuración de máquina.

Restablecer los datos borrados en la aplicación del software Viewer:

1. Para restablecer los datos transferidos del analizador al software Viewer pero SIN BORRARLOS del analizador, volver a cargar los datos al software v.1.5 actualizado con la función normal de transferencia del software.
2. Para archivar los datos que se han transferidos previamente a Viewer y que, a continuación, se han borrado del analizador, recomendamos generar un informe en .pdf para cada configuración de máquina con la función de informes del software Viewer ANTES DE ACTUALIZAR A V.1.5. Los datos recopilados antes de la actualización no se pueden restablecer en el analizador.

El software Viewer 1.5 es compatible con los sistemas operativos Windows XP de 32-, 64-bit, Vista y Windows 7.
