IMPORTANT NOTE: Please read the following instructions prior to installation if you have a previous version of Viewer Software installed.
A. Upgrading to Viewer version 1.5 from Viewer version 1.0.8
Please first take a backup of your database and then uninstall your current Viewer Software version by following the steps below:
- Open Viewer Software.
- Click on the “Preferences” menu at the top.
- Select “Take Backup” from the menu at the left.
- Click the “Browse” button to select the location for the backup file and then click “Create Backup” button.
- Once backup is created, uninstall the current version of the Viewer Software by clicking “Uninstall Viewer Software” from Start » Programs » Fluke.
Install version 1.5 by clicking on the .exe file, you previously downloaded from the link above.
Once the installation is complete, please restore your backup data by following the steps below:
- Open Viewer Software.
- Click on “Preferences” menu at the top.
- Select “Restore Backup” from the menu at the left.
- Click the "Browse" button to select the location of the backup file you created prior to installation and then click the "Restore Backup" button.
B. Upgrading to Viewer version 1.5 from Viewer versions prior to 1.0.8
Beim Upgrade auf Version V 1.5 werden alle Verlaufsdaten zu den Maschineneinstellungen und Diagnosedaten von Ihrem PC gelöscht.
Wiederherstellen der gelöschten Daten in der Viewer-Software-Anwendung:
- Zum Wiederherstellen von Daten, die vom Messgerät zur Viewer-Software übertragen, im Messgerät jedoch noch NICHT gelöscht wurden, übertragen Sie die Daten mithilfe der normalen Übertragungsfunktion der Software zurück in die aktualisierte Viewer-Software, Version v.1.5.
- Zum Archivieren von Daten, die bereits zur Viewer-Software übertragen und dann im Messgerät gelöscht wurden, wird empfohlen, VOR DEM UPGRADE auf Version V.1.5 für jede Maschineneinstellung mit der Berichterstellungsfunktion der Viewer-Software einen PDF-Bericht zu erstellen. Daten, die vor der Aktualisierung erfasst wurden, können im Messgerät nicht wiederhergestellt werden.
Viewer 1.5 ist mit den Betriebssystemen Windows XP (32 Bit, 64 Bit), Vista und Windows 7 kompatibel.
